In our country tax laws have been created with both fiscal and municipal benefits that help the elderly so that through these, they have a decent life in good health, food, housing, clothing, etc. Through the tax administration these laws can be fulfilled for the benefit of the elderly. There are elderly people who do not know about the tax laws or the benefits that have been created in the country. If the elderly do not know about their benefits, it is presumed that it is due to lack of diffusion through the tax administration and the lack of interest on the part of the elderly to know about the new reforms that exist. This will be checked by conducting a survey of the elderly in order to know what their opinion is. For this, a tax guide has also been carried out explaining the benefits that exist for the elderly that helps them to know about the laws created by the state for their benefit and to serve as a basis for them to claim their rights.
