    All people have an economic activity in the country, which are subject to establish tools which help to implement appropriate measures to resolve existing errors in the administrative and accounting management of the undertaking. It is for this that the present study is motivated to implant and to show the proper way to carry adequate internal control administrative and accounting, in order to implement and get that fulfill each of the objectives and goals set by the company / microenterprise, of each artisan producers knit clothing city of Ambato, on the other hand it is necessary to indicate that implementing support mechanisms for the proper management of internal control will allow you to have positive safety, more than that will establish objectives and policies for each sector in order to issue reports such as financial, administrative and trade them to be reliable for measuring grant goals.
