    This paper analyzes the main purpose currently functions in the registration and management of macro ingredients which low levels of compliance while significantly affect the allocation of costs of the finished product is evident. Moreover, the management model and appropriate standardization will be discussed, for registration and management of macro ingredients, allowing it to properly control the quantities and volumes, and also allow adequate stocks and fulfill special orders or last minute, generating sales for the achievement of goals and objectives set by the company. Subsequently, this research is part of the problem, where the observation, known as exploratory research where the area immediately and its elements will be assessed according to the relevant point was made. Descriptive or statistical research is also used, as it describes the data and this should have a positive impact, which involves getting to know the situations, customs and prevailing attitudes through the exact description of the activities, processes and knowing which methods are the most used. Additionally, in conducting the investigation the urgent need to sensitize all areas involved in the investigation process, the rates of adjustments to account macro ingredients and the allocation of costs to the finished product, can improve highlights if used correctly registration and management thereof. Finally, we must say that this work will be a support for Enterprise Co. Bioalimentar. Ltda, Dedicated to the production of balanced, for animal food, to clarify this issue and to promote the appropriate use of alternative dispute in different areas within the production process.
