    The Social Solidarity Economy (EPS), currently has had a remarkable expansion at national and international level, be inclined to improve the living conditions of the people, so that in Ecuador was recognized in the 2008 Constitution as a economic and social solidarity system. The People's Solidarity Economy is a shift shaft aimed at achieving the common welfare of the population, one of the projects undertaken by the IEPS is the Spinning Development Program, which currently brings together 5,499 artisans in the textile sector, so in Tungurahua are 117 participants between individual workshops, associations and association process; This program aims at economic and social inclusion through the association, so the IEPS provides training and advice for the emergence of the same. Textile workshops to associate present problems of organization, which is why propose a model of associative sectored promotion is important; this model has the primary idea to minimize time and expense in making the garment, so you can have control if a craftsman make a bad job, these textile workshops to work in an organized can meet delivery times on time, managing to satisfy the needs of its customers and gaining market stability, finally this model makes it easy for servers IEPS to have knowledge of the organizational structure in which are textile mills and thus schedule and run events and other activities that support the development of these associations.
