    La gestión presupuestaria y la inversión en sectores vulnerables del GAD Parroquial Pilahuín

    This project is developed in the DAG Parish Pilahuín, researching the budgetary management of it and how it is carried investments outing different vulnerable sectors of the parish, for it, field and documentary research was used to get true information to analyze. The sources of information and research population were members of GAD Parish Pilahuín, the neighborhood presidents and leaders of different communities were visited areas based on surveys show unimportance by GAD, verifying the needs of the population. Many of the results gave us guidelines to make a plan according to the needs of the people of the Parish Pilahuín, as there are sectors which are not being addressed. So we have factors to consider when preparing the participatory budget to meet the needs of the population, since not define sectors vulnerability causes management to make the decisions empirically decision as to the different investments in works that benefit them, so an action plan with the main needs of the people arises.
