    This work research is focused to determine the main causes that have led to the poultry producers from Izamba parish to have a low investment in the infrastructure processing plant. Its effects lie in the reduction of the place competitiveness and it depends on shopping with the large suppliers of the balanced food for chicken. Inside of this work research has been idendified the poultry potencial place in this town and the great predisposition of the Poultry Members Asociation from Izamba (PMAI). So, under this context the researching work consolidates the idea to create a production plant of balanced food for chicken which are raised for food. An exclusive production plant for the asociation members.Then it proposes the development of an investment plan where its determines the material resources economic and human talent, taking as a basis the marketing research like techniques and organizational that the association had previously. Also within this work research is the respective economic evaluation that have the final conclution to recomend the proposal project identified with the cash flows projected for 5 years.The work search that is detailed aims to eliminate the dependence of producers who are members of the poultry association and getting the balanced food in a low price and better quality to assist the strengthening of the place on issues of compettiveness.
