    The completion of this research project has a positive influence in the College of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Central Region. This project allows us to know aspects that greatly affect this college as if they have no future projections, disorganized and not centralized financial accounting, deficits in the years analyzed and have no job profiles of each of the posts they have designed. One of the aspects that this project will help is the proposal for strategic planning where they will be reflected future projections for this college. Definitely this will help earnings in the coming years are higher than those discussed. A Job profile of each roll at College is also proposed and a functional organizational chart will be designed as the school does not exist. The study adopted a qualitative and quantitative approach, since variables of both types will be studied. This helped to research positive way as it came to conclusions after analyzing in detail each of the variables in question.
