This research project was based on getting better logistics inventory and profitability in the Distribution Offers NG city of Ambato, for which it required finding concepts, use of information related to the procurement process storage distribution and sale. The type of research that is used and documentary field, because it involved gathering information on the company and also to complement the literature survey investigated the situation in question. Inventory logistics is the creation and operation of an efficient system for managing flows thereof, covers all activities that require the goods from the purchase, sale, storage, distribution, and delivery to consumers. It is an efficient tool that gives an important value to each of the activities that the distributor uses to manage inventories. Profitability is considered as an economic benefit, this allows us to achieve goals, purposes with in the organization also have the ability to produce or generate an additional return on investment or effort. Through this study we will evaluate if the logistics of inventory in the distribution generates profitability NG Offers City Ambato.
