    The present research has as main purpose to establish a plan for improvement of the production process in the manufacture of biscuits, and the optimization of production times, so the increased production of it to provide better service compliance delivery and efficiency to our customers and aims to analyze the current situation of the biscuit factory "LUCEPA" city of Ambato to determine your financial stability and based on this procedure to improve it, all based an efficient linear production system which will apply in all and each of the production processes of the biscuit factory; restructuring of it, will help as it will bring in a significant way since the high productivity of the company provide increased customer base and further expanding the areas see all this will help in making decisions and apply new strategies according to the needs that arise in the business, strategies to enable improved production and increased sales, contribute to the development of competitive advantage that generate solutions for the factory "LUCEPA" creating thus a competitive in the market, the same that will create jobs in the economy to provide the families of its employees, as well as the monetary contribution to the province and the greatness of our country. Through this study, the company can provide an excellent working environment for its employees and especially job security, which contribute to the production of efficient manner and that employees feel supported by it.
