    “El cumplimiento de los objetivos y el nivel de satisfacción de los integrantes de la Asociación de Sastres, Modistas y Afines “Unión y Progreso” del cantón Pelileo, provincia de Tungurahua durante el año 2015

    The present research project analyzes the level of fulfillment of the objectives of the Association of Tailors, dressmakers and related "Union and Progress", in order to study how it influences the level of satisfaction of its members. Identifying in addition the objectives that are not fulfilled and the services that the partners need. As a first step, we analyzed the literature regarding relational coordination and the model proposed by Gittell, which states that organizations that have frequent, timely, accurate and problem-solving communication, as well as shared objectives, knowledge Shared and mutual respect obtain better business results and better personal relations among its members. To validate the hypothesis, the structural equations model (SEM) was used and the model SMART PLS 3 was used to validate the model. The investigation was carried out to the 42 active members of the Association of tailors, dressmakers and related "Union and Progress", who expressed their considerations on the objectives that are fulfilled and those that are not fulfilled, also mentioned the services that are necessary for them And which the association offers them, and finally expressed their satisfaction about the achievement of objectives.
