    El nivel de endeudamiento y su incidencia en la consolidación en el mercado de las Pymes de la ciudad de Ambato.

    This research takes a methodological scope, to make possible the proper preparation of a financial plan, thereby bodybuilder SMEs sector and others like it, may have a base structure for a complete analysis of the investments they need; well, to publicize funding sources where they can go to meet the investment requirements. The following objectives were achieved to the satisfaction presented in this research:  Analyze the impact of the level of debt in the consolidation in the market SMEs Ambato to assess the financial position.  Analyze what level of debt are consolidated in the SME market.  Determine the characteristics of SMEs in the consolidated market.  Suggest a financial plan for the consolidation of SMEs in the market. Thus; after researching and developing research correctly, the following results were established: SMEs according to the investigated data preferred by 60% to short-term loans, 21% in the medium term and 19% long-term loans. Carroceras SMEs studied have on average a growing trend, analyzing an individual SME and Bodywork Altamirano has a downward trend but with an average profit margin of 15%, while Cia has Marielhez growing trend but its margin income is on average 1.5%. mEn average carroceras SMEs considered in the investigation have 83.49% of its assets financed by third parties and only 16.51% for their owners or shareholders.
