This research is conducted in order to explain and determine the relationship between the variables of oil exports and its impact on the State Budget, the latter being the tool that represents the income and expenditure carried out over a year, the reference it has formed an essential part, since the income from the sale of crude oil has been at least 50% of the economic structure of the country in the years of study that is where they operate arise effect both economic and social problems that is facing the oil market and affecting their income dependent nations and not only in Ecuador. For under study annual and monthly figures own economic indicators is analyzed that a country has to know its current status and based on these analyzes draw conclusions and possible recommendations are aimed in the economic field and will serve for future research where reference variables take present.
