    This research work responds to the need for an analysis to "Financial procedures and liquidity of the Regional Association of Engineers in Food", in order to know what impact these procedures have in current assets, in turn to know which areas are more shortcomings and thus give greater support for that this can improve the liquidity of the institution. With this research may determine whether the goals set by the institution are being met and if not to determine the most feasible to fulfill and improve the ability to settle expenditure submitted during the period of activity so. Because the institution is in the process of certification, this research will help determine critical points that should improve the procedures that the institution has and thus become vested certification thereby also get a remarkable improvement in its liquidity because student demand will meet the expectations that maintains the Regional College of Engineering in Food. This research will be a useful tool to promote guidelines and financial strategies within the institution. In addition to making it a reliable institution for all professionals who wish to improve their academic skills and decide to follow training courses; with increasing student demand improve the income of the institution considerably.
