Carrera Contabilidad y Auditoría, 2016-10) Freire Alemán, Magaly Alexandra; DT - Tobar Vasco, Guido HernánThe present work focuses in the study of the environment of control highlighting deficiencies in the structure, organization, and management of the work, producing negative results, as the inadequate one I handle so much in the administrative aspect as the financial aspect, due to the lack of responsibilities, as well as also the inadequate designation of functions, limiting the normal development of processes and established policies, carrying to organizational and financial problems; that influence the efficiency and proposed efficiency; linking itself with the lack of application of strategies, ethical values and decrease of the personal commitment, increasing problems for the administration; disadvantaging the competitiveness, creating distrust, which debilitates the performance, the creativity, In the investigation there is applied the qualitative and quantitative approach, the bibliographical modality stands out on books, magazines having be used, written documents that they favor in the draft of the theoretical frame, while the field investigation integrates the investigator to the reality to be studying, putting in touch with the royal environment, establishing a relation between the variables; prevailing the descriptive level, also the reasons and effects are analyzed; and explanatory level because the reality of the problem is exposed
