    For the realization of this research is seeking information on the Association of textile producers Parish Spend on the situation of the textile sector in the period 2013, with a critical approach to the problem, in order to resolve it. The methodology is consistent with the structure of scientific knowledge construction, using the modalities of field, literature and film. Chapter I.
