    The research work has the fundamental purpose of responding to the problem detected is the same as: "personal income and socioeconomic status of the members of the craft center artisans HuambalóCENARHU".one of the key points for not having a production plan by the lack of planning and organization entails that there is an empirical production which creates a decrease in personal income and thus not improve their economic situation. A Production Plan will allow solve the problem of Huambaló Craft Center. The main contribution of this work is to help promote the growth of Huambaló Craft Center, by thorough analysis with the aim of raising entrepreneurship through the daily work of all partners,It will be helpful that each and every one of the members bring new ideas to the guild is the main focus of planning and reach the objectives.
