    The current research project is based on the collection of information on the development of "Terms of reference for the submission of audit services external to the financial statements of the company INMOPROPUES real estate S.A for the year 2015.", to which relied on finding information about terms of reference for the contraction of external audit services rules, policies and legal regulations in force. The type of research that is used is mainly documentary and field since it consists of collecting data related to the research work and we also carried out bibliographical consultations to complement their research with the problem. For a better understanding in the research used a statistical methodology, arose where a population to investigate, which is comprised of ten people in the administrative area, through the done method could be identified that there is a lack of knowledge about terms of reference and procurement of audit services is carried out in an empirical manner. Also developed surveys of the population established through closed questions which allowed have made work more argumentation and feasibility. By raised methodologies and survey it conducted administrative staff could develop conclusions and recommendations that help the company to develop terms of reference for the contraction of audit services, in such a way that the entity can avoid hazards that affect economic progress and the company and legal penalties established by regulatory bodies.
