    The present work consists of an investigation on the accounting system that are necessary and useful in the management of the company, to be able to know and to know if the financial recourses are being used of correct way and at the same time to have an optimum and reliable registry of all the operations which the company provides by providing clear and accurate information of the accounting and tax transactions which helps to make the right decisions, thus achieving a control and organization of all activities and operations carried out by the economic entity. The objective of this article is based on the importance of the accounting system in relation to financial information in order to analyze the operation of the accounting system of the company that allows there view of the reasonableness of the financial information it reports as a tool for the taking of decisions, and thus to be able to determine if the inadequate accounting system affects the financial information of a company.
