In this regard, Ecuador has a justice system that provides citizens with timely services, violence against women or with a member of the family, is a crime, for which some non-governmental organizations have promoted policies that help reduce intrafamily violence and revictimization in these cases, in this way said investigation addressed some consequences of "The judicial processes in the units of family, women, childhood and adolescence and revictimization in cases of intrafamily violence in the city of Macas", with the one that met the study of the judicial processes which determines the need for a strengthening in the Justice System in terms of the extensive, long and exhausting protocols that make the victim revictimize and in some cases even reach suicide. Likewise, the study of revictimization in cases of domestic violence was addressed, where unnecessary and bureaucratic methods are established that do not allow to fulfill the objective of the law and the victim, leading it to fall into revictimization, procreando several times the memory of your pain. The intention is to start the path that will answer the question: What can we do in this context? The implementation of a model of direct attention for cases of intrafamily violence through support networks was proposed, which is intended to establish the effectiveness of those mechanisms applied to the criminal process, through a model of direct attention in cases of intrafamily violence.Item La violencia de género contra las mujeres y la resiliencia en el centro de apoyo a la mujer y la familia Las Marías de la ciudad de Cuenca(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2017-07) Flores Lazo, Elizabeth Teresa; Barrios Mesa, ReinierThis work of research is directed to meet the overall target set: to achieve biopsychosocial development of women victims of gender-based violence users of The Center of Support for Women and the Family "Las Marias" of the city of Cuenca, through a more focused work on the resilience of women and their families, in order to reduce violence and deploy all its potential considering as study population users of the Center of Support Las Marias of the City of Cuenca, during the period November 2015 June 2016, which was contextualized at the level of the Ecuador, in the providence of Azuay and the city of Cuenca. Methodologically, the information was obtained through the application of a survey, having as the universal population 94 users of the Center, followed by the tabulation, interpretation and analysis of the results obtained as evidenced with the calculation of "Chi-cuadrado" X 2 for the verification of the hypothesis. Obtained as a result of the calculated Chi-cuadrado (7.83), and being this (3.84) wholesale (Xi2), with an α (margin of error) of the 0.05; and with 1 degree of freedom, it REJECTS the null hypothesis and it ACCEPTS the alternative hypothesis, that is, it constitutes a determining factor and there is a significant statistical difference between The Violence of Gender Against Women and the Resilience of users of the Center of Support for Women and the Family "Las Marias" of the City of Cuenca. La presente investigación consta de los siguientes capítulos y contenidos: En el Capítulo I, se contextualiza el ámbito general del problema de investigación desde la visión macro, meso y micro. Se plantean interrogantes que buscan determinar causas y efectos de esta problemática. En la Prognosis se vislumbra lo que podría suceder a futura en caso de no tomar las medidas correspondientes para la solución del problema. Se plantea el problema, se precisan las variables, así como se plantea la justificación de este trabajo de investigación, y se finaliza con los objetivos: general y específicos. En el Capítulo II, se señalan los Antecedentes Investigativos, en los que se describen conceptos, opiniones, estudios y explicaciones de diversos temas de la problemática planteada en esta investigación, así como las fundamentaciones: filosófica, sociológica y legal, en las que se señala la posición paradigmática y las orientaciones legales y que contempla este problema, además de formular la hipótesis correspondiente con sus respectivas variables. En el Capítulo III, se realiza un enfoque de la investigación y se plantean las diferentes modalidades, tipos o niveles. Se determina la muestra de la población objeto de esta investigación; además se plantea la Metodología, mediante la cual se procederá a la recolección de la información en base a la investigación de campo realizada en la Escuela Particular Laica Centro Escolar 2 Ecuador de la ciudad de Ambato y se desarrolla la operacionalización de las variables mencionándose los instrumentos de investigación que se emplearán. En el Capítulo IV, se realizó la tabulación de los resultados del instrumento de investigación, se elaboraron las tablas y gráficos estadísticos mediante los cuales se procedió al análisis de los datos para obtener resultados confiables de la investigación realizada. En el Capítulo V, se obtuvieron las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes, de acuerdo al análisis estadístico de los datos de la investigación, llegándose a determinar que es necesario que los establecimientos educativos apliquen a través de sus técnicas y herramientas la Mediación Educativa, como método eficiente, creativo , colaborativo y pacífico para gestionar los conflictos que se den entre los alumnos dentro del espacio escolar, y lograr con el objetivo de la mediación escolar: la prevención de la violencia. En el Capítulo VI, se plantea la Propuesta metodológica para conocer y aplicar el Manual de Técnicas y Herramientas de la Mediación Educativa dirigido a los profesores de la Escuela Particular Laica Centro Escolar Ecuador, para prevenir la violencia entre los alumnos.
