    Los procesos judiciales en las Unidades de familia, mujer, niñez y adolescencia y la revictimización en casos de violencia intrafamiliar en la Ciudad de Macas

    During the last 20 years, it has been possible to demonstrate at a global level a transition and transformation in terms of judicial processes, this aspect has influenced the contours of society and specifically in people who suffer from intrafamily violence. In this regard, Ecuador has a justice system that provides citizens with timely services, violence against women or with a member of the family, is a crime, for which some non-governmental organizations have promoted policies that help reduce intrafamily violence and revictimization in these cases, in this way said investigation addressed some consequences of "The judicial processes in the units of family, women, childhood and adolescence and revictimization in cases of intrafamily violence in the city of Macas", with the one that met the study of the judicial processes which determines the need for a strengthening in the Justice System in terms of the extensive, long and exhausting protocols that make the victim revictimize and in some cases even reach suicide. Likewise, the study of revictimization in cases of domestic violence was addressed, where unnecessary and bureaucratic methods are established that do not allow to fulfill the objective of the law and the victim, leading it to fall into revictimization, procreando several times the memory of your pain. The intention is to start the path that will answer the question: What can we do in this context? The implementation of a model of direct attention for cases of intrafamily violence through support networks was proposed, which is intended to establish the effectiveness of those mechanisms applied to the criminal process, through a model of direct attention in cases of intrafamily violence.

    In the social framework evolution is part of man, in this investigation the problem of transgenerational violence in women occurs due to factors such as culture and behavior, it is given to know the factors that have led to the presence of the problem in society and how it affected the evolutionary process of encada woman of als activiaddesq eU plays of amnera that internal change is widespread, the same as reflected in low self-esteem, in the methodological process in the research field It found that factors such as beliefs and culture are part of the approach to violence, so that it is concluded that there is no awareness about equality in gender development opportunities so that a pattern of negative behavior is projected therefore the proposal focuses on the generation of social educational dynamic for the eradication of violence and generate a new paradigm, the same that leads to gender equality enables social development and a better quality of life for all members of society, so that breaking cone ste stigma in society, q ue of encouraging a process of self-love, based on knowledge and beliefs of improvement, then pair reflect social progress in potentiation.

    La violencia física transgeneracional y los trastornos de conducta en la mujer victimizada en el Cantón Sucúa

    The data obtained in the literature and field research conducted in the Sucúa Canton have helped me to develop this thesis with the theme: 'The transgenerational physical violence and behavioral disorders in women victimized in Canton Sucúa ''. The surveys were implemented during 2015, physically women who came to the Judicial Council of the Canton to file the respective complaint assaulted. It should be noted that the data obtained from the Judicial Unit Multicompetente Sucúa Canton, are not a real number of women victims of aggression in Canton, because not all put the complaint of this type. They treat your way to mitigate or pardon the offender or simply think will change or feel very submissive and dependent in some way. Through surveys it was found that a high percentage of respondents have behavior changes, it affects the whole family negatively. This is where the technical team involved, with the aim of reinserting it into their daily lives in a positive way and be a support for their children. The crew of the Judiciary follows up the victim of family violence, depending on the judge's decision. The proposal made based on this research is to establish reception centers for women who have suffered different kinds of attacks, so you can work more directly and help you overcome all traumas suffered.
