All the private sector organisms are managed with indicators for the evaluation and audit in their provision of services to people who require hemodialysis treatment. The family is fundamental during the treatment of hemodialysis patients from the beginning to the end as the disease in the family produces several changes in lifestyle and personal development. Currently, the communication aspects between the relatives and the patients that are within the treatment and their affectation to the state of health are analyzed. In this regard, Ecuador has a justice system that provides citizens with timely services, violence against women or with a member of the family, is a crime, for which some non-governmental organizations have promoted policies that help reduce intrafamily violence and revictimization in these cases, in this way said investigation addressed some consequences of "The judicial processes in the units of family, women, childhood and adolescence and revictimization in cases of intrafamily violence in the city of Macas", with the one that met the study of the judicial processes which determines the need for a strengthening in the Justice System in terms of the extensive, long and exhausting protocols that make the victim revictimize and in some cases even reach suicide. Likewise, the study of revictimization in cases of domestic violence was addressed, where unnecessary and bureaucratic methods are established that do not allow to fulfill the objective of the law and the victim, leading it to fall into revictimization, procreando several times the memory of your pain. Each family has its own style of performing its functions, but the common defining note is that relationships in the family are modulated by feelings. The key to many people's problems is family interactions, so this research addresses some of the consequences of the "Family System and the biopsychosocial component of the inner adult and outpatient center of the Integral Center for the Elderly Adult." It addresses the study of the Biopsychosocial Component, which determines that the human being acquires in his person three major dimensions such as biological, psychological and social, dimensions that are closely linked and are the parts between which the individual must To distribute their attention to develop harmonically, these biopsychosocial factors influence the quality of life in the elderly, aging begins at the moment when the physical-psychological capacity exceeds its peak period and begins a gradual process of decline. Currently Ecuador has policies that identify people with disabilities as a "priority attention group, The educational situation of people with disabilities has a highly discriminatory condition, although there are laws that accredit and protect the right of such persons to education and employment in equal conditions that the rest of the population, in this way said research addresses some consequences of "academic instruction and labor insertion of the members of the Association of Disabled Cotopaxi." With which the study of education for people with disabilities is addressed using the critical propositive methodology, to analyze the social phenomenon in which the low management and implementation that exists at the national level can be evidenced, since the preparation facilities do not comply in its totality with a regulated norm where it guarantees the access to people with some disability. In the same way, the study of the limited work opportunity, which is born due to ignorance, is addressed. The intention is to start the path that answers the question "What can we do in this context? Which addresses the study of work performance which determines as a basis to realize that many of the obstacles encountered by people with disabilities are not due to their disability itself, but rather to the way in which society is organized. The implementation of a biopsychosocial model with a family focus to improve the performance of people in physical disability condition of the national telecommunications corporation of the city of Quito is proposed.Item La situación socio afectiva de las familias reconstituidas y el desarrollo psicosocial de las estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa La Inmaculada de la Ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2018-04) Herrera Vargas, Zoraya Samaritana; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana FidenciaThe investigation about the socio affective situation of the reconstituted families and the psychosocial development of the students from la Inmaculada elementary and high school in Ambato city was done due to the result of the exploratory investigation elaborated in the Mastery of Socio Familiar Work in The Technical University of Ambato. The purpose of study approaches an emergent problematic in which students who come from reconstituted families show a problem in the student development, what expresses through certain aggressiveness in the interaction with the others, non-fulfillment in the student obligation, difficulties in the psychosocial development, and low academic performance, in where perhaps the family intervention is incipient in the reconstituted families, what generates disagreements between its members. The research methodology that is appealed is qualitative and quantitative. By means of surveys to students, a semi-structured interview to the school counsellor at The Student Counseling Department DECE, and the direct observation by researcher and tutors from each one of the courses, it was possible to obtain data that allowed getting the problematic and confirm the hypothesis set seasonably. It means that the socio affective situation in the reconstituted families, affects to the psychosocial development to the students from La Inmaculada elementary and high school in Ambato city. With this result, it was set as proposal to add an Intervention Office in Social Work connected to the DECE in the investigated institution.Item La dinámica y el desarrollo psicosocial de los niños y niñas con enfermedades de tratamiento a largo plazo que ingresan al Hospital Pediatrico Baca ortiz(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2018-04) Reyes Hurtado, Martha Lucia; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana FidenciaDuring the last decade, it has been possible to demonstrate the vulnerability of family dynamics in Ecuador that directly affects the psychosocial development of children with permanent or long-term treatment diseases, therefore the participation of family members in the recovery of the patient, to improve the psychosocial development of the child and do not fall into depression by abandonment affecting more their health, delaying treatment and raising costs that this entails, in this way this research addresses some consequences of "Family dynamics and development psychosocial of children with long-term treatment illnesses who enter the Baca Ortiz pediatric hospital". Which addresses the study of family dynamics, which determines that it is necessary to reconsider the family dynamic as a source of help and a multidisciplinary team that works directly with the family on the prevention of diseases or timely treatment. In the same way, the study of psychosocial development is addressed, in which the various conceptual components that help to better understand the functions, elements, roles, interactions and relationships within the family can be determined. The intention is to start the path that will answer the question: What can we do in this context? The creation of a spicosocial intervention model is proposed to improve the quality of life of children with long-term treatment illnesses who enter the Baca Ortiz pediatric hospital, which will improve the quality of life of these people with treatment diseases. In the long term, they enter the institution, reducing in this way the physical and psychological affectations suffered by the children within the treatment.Item La dinámica social y el abandono del adulto mayor en el centro Gerontológico del Buen Vivir(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2018-03) Morales Chango, Juan Carlos; Balseca Basantes, Jeanneth ElizabethThe present research deals with the characteristics that the social dynamics presents in the “Cantón Patate” and how they relate to the abandonment of the elderly people users of the services provided for the Gerontological Center of Patate. At the same time basic concepts are presented about the familiar life cicle and the aging process based on the role played by elderly people inside the family structure considered as a social support network, at the same time it stablishes that a guide of gerontological atention is applied for elderly people at risk. At the same time it describes the guarantees that provide the Ecuadorian State to the elderly people through the Gerontological Centers at nacional level, they are considered as reception services for the atention and offered care to elderly people over 65 years old or older who require of special protection in a temporary or defined way that can not be taken care for their relatives; elderly people who do not have a place to live permanently, they are in abandonment situation, lack of family references, poverty and extreme poverty, in high risk conditions who express their willingness to enter.Item Familias monoparentales femeninas y su incidencia en el ciclo de vida familiar de los hijos/as n edad escolar del Patronato San José del distrito Metropolitano de Quito, Provincia de Pichincha(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2018-03) Martínez Núñez, Ruth Marlene; García Serrano, Irma GaluthThe purpose of the present study was to identify the conflicts of female single-parent families and their influence on the family life cycle of children of school age, of the SanJosé Board of the Metropolitan District of Quito, Pichincha Province. For this, the methodology used was descriptive, based on a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and transversal design, which seeks to expand knowledge about the causes and conflicts of these family structures in a context of vulnerability of their rights. To collect the data, 114 leaders of the families studied were used as techniques, documentary analysis and survey. The results show that all single-parent families have a female head of household, of whom 50% show limited knowledge of institutions that could support them in their situation of vulnerability and guarantee the protection of their rights. On the basis of the statistical results, it was possible to confirm the hypothesis that the conflicts of the female single-parent families negatively influence the family life cycle of their children at school age, especially in their affective area. Finally, the research includes the design of an orientation guide to strengthen technical capacities that benefit the social inclusion of female single-parent xvii families.
