    El clima social familiar de los empleados y su impacto en la productividad de la empresa Electrica Riobamba S.A

    In spite of the development that the different companies have had in terms of improving the work environment, in Ecuador, very little has been done in relation to social interventions with the families of the workers of the electric distribution companies, hence the great importance to realize integral approaches, that involve all the systems in which the server is related, starting from the micro, meso, exo and macro system. Faced with this problem, the present titling project, under the name "The Family Social Climate of employees and its impact on the Productivity of the Riobamba Electric Company SA", arose to attend to these aspects and provide a comprehensive approach, to a solution, or at least to reduce the levels that could be present in the solution. In order to achieve these objectives, the applied methodology was mixed, insofar as it implies a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research types, which in this case warranted a field research (as it is carried out at the study site) and documentary research (which uses information directly from the objects of study involved and their environment). A Plan for the Collection of Information was established, which responds to the set of strategies applied for the collection of data and the verification of the hypothesis, using questionnaires and interviews. Thus, through the data obtained, a situational analysis was carried out and the level of impact of the Family Social Climate on employees was determined and this in turn in the Productivity of the Empresa Eléctrica Riobamba SA, accompanied by a proposal of the application of the Ecosystemic Model as a Technique of Integral Intervention in the Family and Workplace of the Workers of the Electric Company Riobamba SA, which covers the three dimensions of the Family Social Climate: Relations, Development and Stability.
