Item El apoyo familiar en los procesos de rehabilitación social con enfoque sistémico, en las personas privadas de libertad del centro de privación de libertad de personas adultas de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Unidad de Posgrado, Maestria en Trabajo Social, 2021-05) Barona Arias, Verónica Paulina; Campoverde Quijano, Egda MaribelThis research work is important to carry out since it takes as its main source the human being deprived of liberty, which being in an unknown space begins to generate certain types of questions that generate a series of doubts. That is why this research focuses on the fact that all types of social rehabilitation process with a systemic approach improve the quality of life in persons deprived of liberty at the Center for the Deprivation of Liberty of Adults of the City of Ambato, clearly identifying the correlation that exists between the variables and their way of applying them. Thus, in the first chapter, the most relevant of the subject will be exposed in the introduction, such as its importance in the justification, in addition to which it is reflected the objectives by which to work for the well-being of the PPL's In the second chapter we will deal with the state of the art where related works are cited in order to advance with the development of the subject, family support and the importance while the PPL's fulfill their sentences, social rehabilitation based on executive decrees, the process of social reintegration and the theoretical foundation of the systemic approach. Chapter three contains the type of research carried out, the approaches taken into account and the techniques that were used to elaborate this work. In chapter four we will find the results obtained when applying the surveys to the PPL´S. Chapter five sets out the conclusions and recommendations that were reached after having carried out the corresponding investigation. Family disintegration is a social problem that attentively affects the quality of life of children and adolescents who live in a home where a single parent or relative is the caretaker and constant needs and violence in the home obliges them To go out, that is why an in-depth analysis has been carried out in which the possible consequences of family disintegration are addressed, for which it has been considered pertinent to establish a social methodological protocol of interinstitutional intervention in network for the attention to Children and adolescents who are in the process of alleviating, in order to provide a route to establish actions in an institutional network, through methodological procedures that allow people and institutions to be addressed when a child is identified in processes of Institutional joint intervention that allows the search for joint alternatives to restitution of rights, considering as a starting point the Encuentro Project as an institution where the research was carried out and it has been possible to identify in a meaningful way children and adolescents who come from disintegrated families and Are exposed to the street; Knowing their realities and experiences, forging new scenarios that allow them an integral development.Item La dinámica y su relación con los procesos de rehabilitación de acciones en las mujeres pacientes de la clinica Amando la vida(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2018-04) Barreno Guato, Leysi Verónica; Campoverde Quijano, Egda MaribelIn the last twenty years have been giving changes concerning the role of women worldwide, which has been a major key to family dynamics suffer major changes, so that the woman having to take on new roles or functions, where family relationships are damaged by the loss of moral, cultural to the economic crisis also adds values, the UN states that the (2016) the number of women arrested for drug-related offenses has increased in absolute terms and , it is also observed in this report the danger that women do not have continuous attention services, and that these do not conform to their needs and preventive measures, in this way this research addresses some consequences of "family dynamics and their relationship with the processes of rehabilitation of addictions in the women patients of the clinic loving the life ". In the study of family dynamics which determines that the family is an important factor in the emotional context of the individual factor, taking a more rooted in the case of women, in the same way position deals with the study addresses of the processes of rehabilitation of addictions in women, which mentions that one out of every 3 people who use drugs in the world is a woman, which reflects that this problem is becoming more serious every day.
