Its primary objective was to design an adaptable, modular furniture system that promotes healthy posture, efficient organization of school materials, and supports pedagogical autonomy. The research applied an iterative Minimum Viable Product (MVP) methodology: an initial 1:4 scale model in MDF validated proportions, assembly ease, and storage concepts; this was followed by a full-scale prototype in 15 mm triplex with calibrated joinery to test structural stability and real-world functionality. Quantitative measures (assembly time, structural resistance) and qualitative feedback (direct observation, satisfaction surveys) guided successive refinements in material selection, joinery tolerances, and the integration of adjustable internal and external storage compartments. Results demonstrate that the final design meets ergonomic criteria—ensuring comfortable writing posture—while its modular construction and configurable storage enhance classroom organization and foster student responsibility. The study concludes that the iterative MVP approach effectively balances resource efficiency with user-centered innovation. Future work should involve ongoing in-class validation cycles, systematic involvement of teachers and students, and long-term durability assessments to ensure sustainable implementation in diverse educational settings.
