    This research was conducted at the Research Centre of Forensic Sciences of the city of Ambato, in order to give a reliable processes and services provided in this institution solution. The OSHAS are the rules for Occupational Safety and Health, is the tool we use for continuous improvement of service delivery that occurs in the center, and reliable results which will be linked to the laboratories.The human resource is our most powerful weapon because with their knowledge all the process will be undertaken and which need our special care. This research is specifically focused on the public sector and the laws that currently sent to different ministries are met; to processes, quality of service and staff that works there this chord to the need for external users. We prove that the public sector is qualified to compete with private companies and be on the same standards; a service that is efficient and effective and why no remuneration is obtained; since it is a public resource and to which all have access. This research will in the forensic center accreditation, based on the safety of workers.
