From this coalition, Community Mediation is born, which resolves community conflicts through a neutral third party who conducts the dialogue, allowing the parties to voluntarily reach to an agreement, the importance of this project lies in the need to acculturate the communities of Unamuncho, Cunchibamba and Izamba since Community Mediation is presented as an alternative to the culture of pre-existing conflict, promoting community life and the establishment of a culture of peace becoming a costopportunity benefit. The objective of this study is to determine the viability of the implementation of community mediation as a conflict resolution mechanism in the parishes under study through the diagnosis of the most common conflicts and the level of knowledge of the residents about this method to in this way establishing viability through training talks. The methodology is descriptive and at the same time explanatory since it establishes the components of the community conflict to induce community mediation as the ideal procedure to solve it and delimits the causes of community conflicts to establish the effects they have within community life, this is based through research techniques such as interviews and surveys, which result in a diagnosis of community conditions in terms of the level of knowledge and predisposition to apply community mediation; Likewise, they are very useful to delimit the most common conflicts that can be resolved through this method (boundaries, conflicts between neighbors, etc.). In conclusion, the population recognizes the advantages of the application of community mediation, presenting itself as a little explored but beneficial alternative in terms of promoting community life and a culture of peace. In addition, the most common conflicts are transmissible through this ADR, presenting to community mediation as viable to be applied in communities
