Item Situación financiera post pandemia de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito segmento 1 provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Contabilidad y Auditoría. Carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría, 2024-02) Segura Castro, Christian Israel; DT - Ortiz Roman, Hermel DavidEl principal objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la situación financiera de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito del segmento 1 de la provincia de Tungurahua tras la pandemia. Para realizar la investigación se tomó como muestra las 9 entidades financieras que hasta el 2022 pertenecían al segmento 1 de la provincia de Tungurahua, dicha información financiera se obtuvo de la SEPS. Para desarrollar la investigación, se utilizó un diseño de investigación correlacional no experimental, cuantitativo y descriptivo. Se utilizó fichas de observación que permitieron detallar de mejor manera los estados financieros y analizar la situación de las cooperativas, post pandemia. En consecuencia, se identificó que todas las entidades del segmento 1 han experimentado varios cambios a medida que pasa el tiempo. El indicador que más ha variado y ha presentado variaciones significativas es el de la Morosidad, todas las cooperativas sufrieron un incremento en su índice de morosidad, esto describe el incremento de cartera de cada cooperativa y a la vez sus problemas de recaudación. También, la rentabilidad, esto debido a que las entidades concentraban su interés en salvaguardar su cartera y su provisión. El índice de liquidez de todo el segmento presentó un porcentaje adecuado para el 2023, esto habla muy bien acerca de la gestión de recursos que realizan las entidades, principalmente a corto plazo. Para terminar, cabe decir que, las cooperativas se sostienen gracias a sus provisiones y sobre todo a sus decisiones en la gestión de riesgos financieros y su gestión de recursos.Item El costo del servicio de recolección de residuos sólidos y la situación financiera en el período 2016 de la Empresa Pública, Municipal Mancomunada de Aseo Integral de los cantones de Patate y Pelileo EMMAIT - EP(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. That is why EMMAIT-EP is in a situation of concern because it does not establish in a real way the costs incurred in the collection service taking into account that the administration for decision making is guided through estimated costs. That is why the objective of this research is to analyze the incidence of the costs of the solid waste collection service and the financial situation of the Public Company, Municipal Joint Massive Toilet of the Patate and Pelileo counties EMMAIT - EP, from The framework of the integral management of waste analyzed the current situation with the data through a field investigation and other exploration sources applied according to the need. The Pelileo and Patate cantons have control over the resources received from the State to comply with the budget assigned to the activities of the community waste collection service; In order to improve working conditions, optimize the route and meet the monthly, semi-annual and annual goals of the institution, responsible waste management is proposed. We must be in mind that the offer of hotels, hotels and inns in the canton Baños has increased in the last years forcing the owners of the hotels to lower the prices and take creative measurements in his services. Baños is considered one of the tourist centers of major national and international acceptance by his excellent climate, beautiful landscapes, extreme sports, a great quantity of restaurants of food for all the tastes, bars and discotheques, parks, waterfalls between others what makes him very attractive for the tourists. Due to the increase of the hotel offer the owners meet obliged to support the control of his expenses for this .It is basic that they of correct and opportune form realize the accounting of the expenses and the income.
