Item Efecto de la Asociatividad en la productividad de las Empresas Avícolas de Tungurahua(2018-01) Vargas Inostroza, Verónica Elizabeth; DT - Gómez Romo, María del CarmenThe present work of investigation was oriented on the effect of the associativity, in the productivity of the poultry companies of Tungurahua, study in which the importance of the mancumunada cooperation of the avicultores of the province was determined, when recognizing that this sector is important in the economic contribution of the country. The knowledge of the macro, meso and micro environment of the study sector allowed to know the reality in which the poultry are developed, after the critical analysis it was determined that this sector presents problems such as: raw material supply, logistics, lack of financing, machinery , advice, among others, factors that influence effectiveness and productivity due to the lack of optimal use of resources, which is why the idea was raised to strengthen the sector through associativity, uniting joint forces that present better results for collective purposes. Taking into account that the association is the future of this program, since small contracts for one-person enterprises generate minimal profits that do not contribute to its strengthening, so if you are promoted from the National Institute of Popular Economy and Solidarity (IEPS) is the associative generation of large contracts, which enable greater production revenues amount to craftsmen. The above program is an initiative of the national government to comply with the provisions of the Constitution of Ecuador, the National Plan for Good Living and the Ten-Year Education Plan; This is in charge of the Institute of Social and Solidarity Economy to encourage artisans who are part of a project developed by the Government within the program Spinning Development are 117 participants belonging to the province of Tungurahua as a part of the textile sector. As textile mills are facing adversity within the market itself, before the financial authorities; knowing that such association’s confidence is higher against the above. The supply chain is a process which allows for proper selection of suppliers for customer satisfaction and create a good relationship between all employees. It should be noted that global supply chains offer a very important opportunity for inclusive growth, productive and social inclusion in our countries, but there are also some challenges of respect for labor rights. The program Spinning Development started as an initiative of the National Government and comes into operation in 2007, and seeks to improve the productive capacity of the beneficiaries, ensure product demand through the national public procurement system and improve levels of household welfare participants. The People's Solidarity Economy is a shift shaft aimed at achieving the common welfare of the population, one of the projects undertaken by the IEPS is the Spinning Development Program, which currently brings together 5,499 artisans in the textile sector, so in Tungurahua are 117 participants between individual workshops, associations and association process; This program aims at economic and social inclusion through the association, so the IEPS provides training and advice for the emergence of the same.
