    Efecto de la Asociatividad en la productividad de las Empresas Avícolas de Tungurahua

    The present work of investigation was oriented on the effect of the associativity, in the productivity of the poultry companies of Tungurahua, study in which the importance of the mancumunada cooperation of the avicultores of the province was determined, when recognizing that this sector is important in the economic contribution of the country. The knowledge of the macro, meso and micro environment of the study sector allowed to know the reality in which the poultry are developed, after the critical analysis it was determined that this sector presents problems such as: raw material supply, logistics, lack of financing, machinery , advice, among others, factors that influence effectiveness and productivity due to the lack of optimal use of resources, which is why the idea was raised to strengthen the sector through associativity, uniting joint forces that present better results for collective purposes. The poultry sector has become an important segment in the Ecuadorian economy for its contribution, so it is crucial to detect the problems and implement models to follow, since it is one of the economic sectors that requires support to achieve efficiency in the optimization of resources through associativity and thus reflected in poultry productivity, we must consider that many of the poultry farmers with people who have been working in this activity because it is an inherited activity, experience, knowledge have made them

    The aim of the present study aims to strengthen the associative by applying a model of solidarity economy that encourages entrepreneurship and socio-economic development of micro-entrepreneurs “Bramitex”. To achieve this, we need to analyze the theoretical foundations that guide the development of research, assess the socio-economic situation in which this associative is. It is Important That Communities or Organizations Organized under the principles of solidarity economy to boost intended to generate income and improve increase the quality of life of the Initiatives sector. Funding is a constraint for small business businesses to develop. Their business and engage in productive activities. The Plan of Good Living, advocates the consolidation of economic and social solidarity system sustainably, pointing to rural finance deepen So That there are viable social and economic exclusion of these vulnerable solutions.     Factores que limitan la asociatividad del Programa Hilando el Desarrollo en la Economía Social y Solidaria

    The present project is the limiting factors of partnership program Spinning Development in the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS), which directly influences textile artisans from different associations; since the objective of the "Spinning Development" promotes economic inclusion and social mobility of thousands of textile artisans of ESS who seek to achieve economic and living, decent and fair conditions. Taking into account that the association is the future of this program, since small contracts for one-person enterprises generate minimal profits that do not contribute to its strengthening, so if you are promoted from the National Institute of Popular Economy and Solidarity (IEPS) is the associative generation of large contracts, which enable greater production revenues amount to craftsmen. The above program is an initiative of the national government to comply with the provisions of the Constitution of Ecuador, the National Plan for Good Living and the Ten-Year Education Plan; This is in charge of the Institute of Social and Solidarity Economy to encourage artisans who are part of a project developed by the Government within the program Spinning Development are 117 participants belonging to the province of Tungurahua as a part of the textile sector. As textile mills are facing adversity within the market itself, before the financial authorities; knowing that such association’s confidence is higher against the above. Textile mills have raised their targets and maintain adequate control of their resources and personal workshops; some of the limiting factors involved as challenges by partnering are whether there is cooperation as a group, trust among members, conflict resolution group, formation of shared interests, etc. So this research aims to develop and implement a training program with the most relevant issues involved as factors limiting the association.

    La cadena de suministros en el Programa Hilando el Desarrollo de la Economía Social y Solidaria en la ciudad de Ambato

    This research project aims to determine the importance of the supply chain and associativity of the social economy in the spinning program development. The supply chain is a process which allows for proper selection of suppliers for customer satisfaction and create a good relationship between all employees. It should be noted that global supply chains offer a very important opportunity for inclusive growth, productive and social inclusion in our countries, but there are also some challenges of respect for labor rights. The program Spinning Development started as an initiative of the National Government and comes into operation in 2007, and seeks to improve the productive capacity of the beneficiaries, ensure product demand through the national public procurement system and improve levels of household welfare participants. For this reason "Spinning Development" is presented as an alternative economic inclusion and social mobility for the citizens of the areas of focus dedicated to textile work, democratizing public procurement, making direct suppliers state, achieving economic conditions and dignified and stable work, and compromising their work with school universalization in the country, on the road to the Good Life.

    Trabajo en Equipo en las Asociaciones un estudio del Programa Hilando el Desarrollo de la Economía Social y Solidaria

    The Social and Solidary Economy as main axis of the fair, democratic, productive, solidary and sustainable economic system believes projects and programs to improve the conditions of life of people. The Program Spinning the Development is an employment source for the textile branch that involves the participation of shops in the elaboration of school kits. The asociatividad like initiative of the current government for the participants of the Program Spinning the Development believes more flexible mechanisms so that indistinctly the individuality becomes an equal work and exactly. The shops impact with a problem like it is it the team work many of the associations they work mistakenly, it is known that the shops are involved more with their relatives than with unknown people it is in and of itself that a labor confidential excess is generated and the personnel doesn't fulfill integrity their tasks and assignments. This project proposes a methodological framework, which will meet each of the members of the task associations should play in each phase, with this implementation will have clear objectives to be achieved and the responsibility that each must perform comply with the supervision and monitoring of its leader or owner.

    The Social Solidarity Economy (EPS), currently has had a remarkable expansion at national and international level, be inclined to improve the living conditions of the people, so that in Ecuador was recognized in the 2008 Constitution as a economic and social solidarity system. The People's Solidarity Economy is a shift shaft aimed at achieving the common welfare of the population, one of the projects undertaken by the IEPS is the Spinning Development Program, which currently brings together 5,499 artisans in the textile sector, so in Tungurahua are 117 participants between individual workshops, associations and association process; This program aims at economic and social inclusion through the association, so the IEPS provides training and advice for the emergence of the same. Textile workshops to associate present problems of organization, which is why propose a model of associative sectored promotion is important; this model has the primary idea to minimize time and expense in making the garment, so you can have control if a craftsman make a bad job, these textile workshops to work in an organized can meet delivery times on time, managing to satisfy the needs of its customers and gaining market stability, finally this model makes it easy for servers IEPS to have knowledge of the organizational structure in which are textile mills and thus schedule and run events and other activities that support the development of these associations.

    The Social and Solidarity Economy has become a key tool that has provided solutions to the various problems of the capitalist crisis, it places man first, and assures particularly the fair distribution of the benefits obtained. The Partnership and income and employment are closely linked, because when working partnership basis, production is increased, improving their income, employment, among others; also with the program “Hilando el Desarrollo” have increased and improved working and production conditions in the textile sector, which have been able to increase their income and generating employment; where there are small groups of actors are associated, most of them continue their personal textile mills, they know the benefits of partnering but the barrier is the fear of competition, mistrust and unwelcome links between prospective members that could integrate. It is considered that the budget management is an essential tool for comprehensive, systematic and financially all activities that people must develop to achieve the objectives and to establish strategies in order to have greater liquidity in their associations or personal workshops to cover plan your expenses and debts.
