    El sistema tributario ecuatoriano y el impacto de las microempresas de la provincia de Tungurahua

    El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar el impacto del sistema tributario ecuatoriano en las microempresas de la provincia de Tungurahua; dado que, las microempresas como tal constituyen una importante fuente de empleo y aporte a la economía del país. A partir de ello, la metodología utilizada se encuentra dado por un enfoque de orden cuantitativo pues el estudio se basó en la recolección de datos numéricos de fuentes oficiales como el Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI) y la Superintendencia de Compañías Valores y Seguros los mismos que fueron procesados en su totalidad y se encuentran descritos a lo largo del presente documento. Por otro lado, también fue necesario desarrollar un estudio bibliográfico, el cual permitió recabar información teórica para sustentar las variables objeto de estudio (sistema tributario y microempresas). En cuanto se refiere, a los alcances de investigación, el estudio se enmarca en un nivel exploratorio; dado que, toma como punto de inicio los componentes y relaciones que interactúan entre los distintos elementos tributarios de las microempresas y explicativo porque trasciende la descripción de conceptos, variables o fenómenos, para responder por la causa o las causas de los eventos suscitados. A partir de ello, y como principales hallazgos se pudo determinar que en los diferentes periodos se aprobaron distintas leyes que impulsaban el desarrollo de las microempresas con la finalidad de fomentar el emprendimiento y buscar nuevas alternativas para el desarrollo económico del país. No obstante, a pesar de estas iniciativas y a modo de conclusión se puede manifestar que el impacto del sistema tributario ecuatoriano en las microempresas de la provincia de Tungurahua no es el esperado, pues tomando como referencia la información suministrada por el Servicio de Rentas Internas, el cual de manera fehaciente muestra un decremento de las microempresas en la provincia. Aunque la tendencia microempresarial fue creciente durante el periodo 2012-2015, los años posteriores (2016 y 2017 respectivamente) evidencian un descenso en el número total de microempresas en Tungurahua.

    The social economy is recognized internationally, seeks better redistribution of wealth in Ecuador is implemented from the year 2008 with the aim of providing economic stability to the public, in the same year was born the program spinning the development in order to promote association which is the union of persons or organizations involved in the same economic activity, as part of an association economic and productive level is improved, partnerships are composed of people dedicated to the textile sector, for school uniform tax fiscomisionales schools, the state not only seeks the greatest increase in the economy of society, but in the lower class motivate continue their studies, these associations receive support from the state, INCOP (purchases public) are intermediaries buying manufactured uniforms and then are distributed to students across the country, the associations have given an increase in sales, leading to profit rising incomes, the same as they are distributed equitably among its participants, as there is more gain in associations they have greater openness to sources of employment.

    El Impacto Económico de la asociatividad en el Programa Hilando el Desarrollo de la Economía Social y Solidaria”

    This research project studies the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS), this economy showed strong growth in the current world because of its social, seeks a dynamic and balanced relationship between society, state and market in harmony with the ecosystem to ensure the production and reproduction expanded of life. The Constitution of Ecuador, in the article 283 is mentioned that the economic system is social and supportive, this is strengthened through programs of action such as the program "Hilando el Desarrollo", which involves the actors of this economy to make school uniforms for public schools of the country, this program has achieved include small artisans creating jobs that generate income to improve their quality of life. The association is considered an operating element of the ESS, this allows to achieve achievements for the benefit of economic actors because it provides the opportunity to access new markets, redistributes the risk of starting a business, improve incomes, reduce the cost of inputs and It helps improve the quality of life of people. Through this study we will evaluate whether the association has generated economic impacts for artisans who are part of the program "Hilando el Desarrollo" and propose a model to maximize the benefits of the artisans.

    The Social and Solidarity Economy has become a key tool that has provided solutions to the various problems of the capitalist crisis, it places man first, and assures particularly the fair distribution of the benefits obtained. The Partnership and income and employment are closely linked, because when working partnership basis, production is increased, improving their income, employment, among others; also with the program “Hilando el Desarrollo” have increased and improved working and production conditions in the textile sector, which have been able to increase their income and generating employment; where there are small groups of actors are associated, most of them continue their personal textile mills, they know the benefits of partnering but the barrier is the fear of competition, mistrust and unwelcome links between prospective members that could integrate. It is considered that the budget management is an essential tool for comprehensive, systematic and financially all activities that people must develop to achieve the objectives and to establish strategies in order to have greater liquidity in their associations or personal workshops to cover plan your expenses and debts.
