In the present analysis a study is carried out on the credit granting process in the Savings and Credit Cooperative Kullki Wasi Ltda. And how it affects liquidity, one of the problems that was evidenced in the analysis is that Correctly fulfill the processes and therefore there is a recovery of the portfolio immediately, in addition this will cause the delay in the payment of the partners, thus generating that the entity does not meet its objectives. This set of factors means that the entity does not raise the money in the expected way to continue with its daily activities and to be able to provide a loan to another partner who requests it immediately. The proposal included the design of a flow chart to improve the management of credit granting processes, through the establishment of policies and guidelines to reduce the index of poor portfolio recovery that contributes to the improvement of liquidity and, in addition The design of a manual of functions directed to the credit advisors and to the collectors of the money of the partners (cashiers) this in benefit of the Cooperative.
