    Pico Tannery is a company dedicated to the production of leather, like many companies Pico Tannery has been experiencing several problems in recent years, mainly the difficult economic situation. This project demonstrates the problems facing the company with respect to financial planning ; this issue has been taken mainly only in large companies ; while companies like Tannery Pico that are categorized as Pymes these financial issues are unknown. The present project evidence the problems facing the company with respect to Financial Planning Financial Planning needs to be addressed both personally and in business; A family, a person must learn to plan finances know how much to spend; or invest.
