    The present investigation shows competitive scenarios, where the satisfaction of the customer is guaranteed by the quality of the products, however the company is forced by the company to compare the sales prices with the competition, in order to be competent in the market and change the sales strategies and image of the company. Determining the real prices will help the company to get real information and determine the real value of the merchandise, to obtain better results and therefore right decisions that increase the profitability. The investigation aims to improve the profitability of the company, it is also important for the internal customers of the organization, who revealed in the internal diagnosis, the need to receive training and feedback of knowledge to be updated and improved at a professional level. On the other hand, it will allow the implementation of competitive strategies that help each area of the company to develop the internal growth of the company. This investigation will contribute to market positioning. Several methods were used: direct observation, bibliographic researches, variables definition, as well as the hypothesis, surveys were carried out to internal and external customers in order to obtain information about the company. The hypothesis was checked, and then the conclusions and recommendations were established. Finally, it was proposed the implementation of a strategic plan to establish the competitive price variation in the market based on the advantages of the company.
