    The Committee Pro-Mejoras of the Parish San Bartolomé de Pinllo is dedicated to the management of drinking water and sewerage service, in the last years they have implemented technology such as infrastructure, equipment and informatics systems to automate the accounting processes. This will facilitate the information processing with greater agility, optimizing time, resources and decisions based on financial information, they have been optimized. At the same time, once implemented the technology such as hardware and software, they require operation checks to determine the proper functioning of the automatic process of the financial information, therefore, to get it, they should make an informatics audit in the areas of human talent and Systems, it should be periodically, in order to show shortcomings, weaknesses and risks that can exist in the automated processes. Firstly, it will be checked the compliance of standards and existing security policies, later, it will be assessed in detail the operation of each of the programs installed on computers, finally, it will be verified each physical equipment, network installations. By these results they will be taken necessary measures to improve safety technology, this would get reasonable financial information to manage the company with optimal decisions.
