The following research project aims to develop policies, procedures and processes credit and collections to increase profitability in the company Ambatol Cia. Ltda. Dedicated to the sale of materials for the metalworking industry. The importance of this research allows loans to customers are efficient and effective and therefore a healthy portfolio which will allow a good decision will be taken. Contains, in addition, the objectives sought to achieve through the implementation of the proposal, which will be the responsibility of the company, the importance and benefits of carrying out, in addition to the scope and main actions to be taken in order to contribute to increased profitability. It provides the company an effective and comprehensive guide to action to control these activities and to determine those responsible to perform them. It is for these reasons that I decided to make this work in order to assess compliance with targets and resource optimization in the company Ambatol Cia. Ltda.
