    In the present analysis a study is carried out on the inadequate administrative control in the company FABITEX, and in what way this affects profitability; The analysis revealed a deficit in its administrative control and the lack of communication to the personnel on the policies and objectives of the company that have caused that the growth and development of the company decreases. The application of an adequate administrative control will allow to supervise and analyze the evolution of the organization, ensuring that it is directed towards its established goals, the timely control over the organization will allow to control that the projects that are established succeed by means of the timely detection of failures that Be present in it and provide a basis to take the necessary action and to correct the deviations, allowing to optimize the profitability. The timely use of a control tool will improve the management of the company as well as its profitability, the balanced scorecard has been characterized as a useful tool in business management, which serves as a support to measure the activity and results of The company from a different and visionary perspective, making the company meet its expectations and goals.
