    This research project has the purpose of determine the incidence of reasonable financial information on profitability of companies dedicated of the distribution of equipment and office supplies, of the city of Ambato, Is important to know when the companies haven´t reasonable financial information the results will be reflected unrealistic and not very reliable, in this way the reports provided to management will be wrong, this affects in the decision making causing empirical control and wrong decision. The quality of the information issued by different departments of whole company should reflect quality information without mistakes and under the rules and regulations with the aim of achieve the analysis must show the financial situation real of the companies for managers to make decisions for to achieve the change they want in their companies about the profitability, the contribution of this research project is to estudy about the incidence of reasonable financial information on profitability for achieve a prime profitability by means of appropiate decision.In this reseach establish Control parameters with the purpose of achieve a clarity in the results. This control is based in the NIC and NIIF.
