    The present research develops in the Cooperative Savings and Credit Oscus Ltda., of the city of Ambato, in order to improve the Credit and Collection Process at the time manages the Cooperative, with certain drawbacks that directly affect the achievement of goals and objectives. These elements are part of the financial position of the company comply aspects of invaluable importance in both accounting, financial and administrative operations of an organization; This is why you must find the weaknesses in the process of placement and collection of loans to senior management for real and truthful accounting information, facilitating decision-making within the administrative area - financial, and thus contributes the achievement of goals and objectives set by the Cooperative. In the development of this research, diagnostics placement process management and collection of loans as well as financial resources applied in the Cooperative Savings and Credit Oscus Ltda. Were made, which will contribute to the generation of valuable economic information in a reliable and timely manner. For which the foundations of research was supported with both theoretical foundations and practical, trying to raise the level of this research paper stating the consolidated along the academic career professional bases. Therefore, investigation techniques applied to financial and administrative staff to obtain real data which will facilitate the meeting of existing inconveniences; for which an alternative solution that will improve the achievement of goals and objectives of the Cooperative under study is proposed.
