Carrera Contabilidad y Auditoría, 2017-10) Barragán López, Janette Lizbeth; DT - Medina Salcedo, Héctor RafaelThe present investigative project, it was made to the clothing company PISCIS SPORTS in the canton of Ambato province of Tungurahua, indicates that a management audit is necessary to make known the importance of correct decision-making and the activities to be carried out by the personnel, since they do not have sufficient information about their activities and the execution of these, which generate deficiencies in the process carried out, and this negatively affects the company, since they are identified parameters such as inadequate control, lack of real financial information and therefore do not take the necessary corrections in time. The purpose of the Management Audit is to give staff a tool to have a clear and concise knowledge of the activities they perform and be the starting point for the improvement of the processes in the production department. The implementation of a management audit, would achieve the achievement of compliance and better decision-making, and therefore the achievement of management objectives, there is what is important in the development of the same. Finally, the project establishes a management model for decision making by presenting the company with control formats that allow management of an optimal management of resources and a measurement of the activities carried out by the staff and the decision-making of senior management
