Carrera Contabilidad y Auditoría, 2017-07) Analuisa Medina, Andrés Renato; DT - Arias Pérez, Mauricio GiovannyThe beginning of activities of the company Turbomekanics S.A., is from November 18, 2013, having as main social object the carrying out of activities with the metalworking industry. The main problem lies in the accounting and administrative controls that affect the coordination in the execution of the activities of the administrative staff and / or employees, limiting the decision making. The central objective of this project is to determine the impact of the management audit on the decision-making of Turbomekanics S.A., to obtain efficient accounting and administrative processes. Field research was carried out at the company's premises, where useful and truthful information was obtained on the conditions, characteristics and needs of its organizational structure and procedures. The analysis of the processes was carried out by means of a survey and the application of a management audit. One of the most important aspects of the investigation was that management has not implemented essential policies and procedures that control and regulate accounting and administrative management. Also, it was discovered that the lack of monitoring, supervision and evaluation to the staff has negatively affected the organizational culture limiting the fulfillment of goals and objectives. An analysis of the levels of efficacy, efficiency, economy and quality was also carried out through the application of management indicators, generating results that support decision making aimed at improving processes. To remedy the drawbacks that it currently has, policies and procedures are proposed to achieve good coordination and order in the activities of the organization facilitating decision-making. In conclusion, it can be said that policies and procedures could serve the company as a guide to strategic actions to take to facilitate its internal and external development; among these actions are the selection of the most appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the desired results.
