    Occupational Health and Safety has been consolidated as one of the fundamental points in the Management of companies worldwide and our country Ecuador is no exception, Yogurt Don Lalo, a company dedicated to the production and marketing of yogurt, does not have procedures, Requirements and technical documentation regarding the different occupational risk factors that promote maintaining adequate control of the risks present and reducing the probability of accidents in each of the jobs. The objective of this work is to develop a proposal for the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System through the application of the requirements of the International Standard ISO 45001: 2018, a proposal aimed at the search for risk reduction work and guarantee the well-being, physical and mental integrity of the workers, to meet this objective, the initial measurement of the company's compliance level was developed through a Checklist prepared based on the requirements of the ISO 45001: 2018 standard and with this, to have a starting point for the development of the proposal, with the improvement and complement of the missing requirements of the standard, developing each of these key points through the different procedures. To comply with it, a manual is prepared with the appropriate methodology for the application of the standard, establishing parameters such as risk measurement, control of the same, use and application of the different documents, using the application of the Matrix of identification of Risk Assessment and Control Measures (IPERC). With this work carried out, the company already has the main bases for the application of the international standard ISO 45001: 2018, which will be in force as of the first quarter of 2021, and which, according to the growth of the company, considers the Certification ISO 45001: 2018, by the end of 2021.
