(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2024-02) Villalva Acosta, Alex Orlando; San Antonio Serrano, Thalía Daniella
This project was developed due to the need to have a quality manual for the biomechanical movement analysis laboratory of the Technical University of Ambato, focusing mainly on the process requirements established in the ISO/IEC 17025-2017 standard. , for which the type of analysis that would be developed in the laboratory was identified and, based on this, proceed to prepare the necessary documentation for the operation of the LAM/UTA, analyzing each point of the process requirements with the purpose of establishing a procedure to these requirements. . The methodology used consisted of a bibliographic and documentary analysis of the ISO/IEC 17025-2017 standard, the analysis of the current situation of the LAM/UTA and the design of the required documentation. The study was based on data collection and statistical study that allows determining behavioral patterns. For this project, the fundamental basis was to analyze the type of service provided by the laboratory such as gait analysis, analysis of sports gestures and grip analysis, as well as its analysis methods with the purpose of establishing a management system regarding the process requirements for the correct functioning of the motion analysis laboratory. In conclusion, the research allows establishing the necessary parameters for the preparation of the required documentation regarding the ISO/IEC 17025-2017 standard, with the aim of the LAM/UTA improving its quality and being more competitive in the market.
