    Zonal 3 is the most extensive in the country because it is equivalent to 18% of the Ecuadorian territory. It is formed by the provinces of Cotopaxi, Tungurahua, Chimborazo and Pastaza. This area is characterized by its strategic geographical location, since it constitutes an important connection between the Sierra and the Amazon, and thanks to its productive capacity, agriculture, manufacturing, energy and services, it has become a large center of agricultural collection and commercial nationwide. For this reason the present research work aims to investigate business dynamics and entrepreneurship as a determining factor in the development of the life cycle of SMEs in zone 3, considering that in Ecuador small and medium enterprises are the sustenance basic of the economy. The study is supported by field research, with the application of surveys to 384 entrepreneurs in zone 3, with which the current situation of the enterprise could be known, evidencing the need for SMEs to open up new niches in the market. the high business competitiveness requires the creation of industries with high productivity, sustainable and sustainable. Subsequently, an administrative management model for SMEs in zone 3 was proposed with national and international projection that would expand the market niche and consequently boost the growth of the sector, through the implementation of digitalization with sales channels, logistics, organizational processes and times as measures of customer loyalty with the use of technological tools that allow visualizing the products, prices / promotions and in this way capture the attention of customers.
