    The Chamber of Commerce of Ambato has been dedicated to support the business sector locally and nationally, through actions that strengthen the business of the companies. This invaluable work it has done since 1928, is currently immersed in a stream of competitiveness by exploiting the virtues of employee in a suitable working environment, looking for that entity on the need to improve organizational performance of the company. As for this reason that this research applies a comprehensive approach to organizational behavior and internal customer satisfaction for the company, since it considers that this area covers topics such as individual, group, and organizational. This same scheme of levels is very important when drawing conclusions and recommendations in order to solve the need identified in the company. Through the investigation applied, the data indicate that dumped internal customer satisfaction with the company in question is not satisfied with their workplace so they can also through the same data also concluded that employees have a behavior adequate organizational, It being understood that a solution is to design a Plan of Organizational Behavior Improving for Increasing Internal Customer Satisfaction of the Chamber of Commerce of Ambato, stating that it will work in depth on issues of organizational structure, leadership and change processes.
