Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2022-03) Villacís Carrillo, Lenin Omar; Tigre Ortega, Franklin GeovannyThe main objective of this research work is to standardize production times for the production of cocoa paste in the company "SAQUIFRANCIA", with a work study approachment, which will allow to increase productivity, in order to eliminate unproductive times of activities that do not add value in the processes and establish e standard performance regards to the current method of production. The present research makes use of the applied modality, it is based on the theoretical support of several concept to the development of the topic, for the study methodology, a field research was carried out to a population of 8 people whom are in charge of the production area, the survey of the processes of the current situation of the company is carried out by the method diagram tools, allowing us to carry out a study of the times, in objectivity to standardize the production times, beginning the starting point to implement techniques of the study of processes such as, analysis of added value, productivity indicators, cost analysis, supporting the improvement proposal. Finally, the solution proposal focuses on establishing the standard times of the production process for the elaboration of Naraum 250 g cocoa paste, the tasks involved in the seven identified processes of the production process are objectively analyzed, so a procedures manual was developed in order to have standard procedures, necessaryresult provided by the comparison of the current method versus the improved one, the parameters obtained from standardization of cocoa paste production times will be used as historical records, for the programming of production costs, budgeting and supervision.
