    Desarrollo de un software programado en Matlab con una base de datos, que permita generar precios unitarios, presupuestos, reajuste, cronograma valorado de trabajo y las especificaciones técnicas de cada rubro

    The system consists of an application with a graphical environment developed in Matlab 2017, with a connection to a modifiable database in Microsoft Access, which has all the information necessary to generate a correct Analysis of Unit prices, which will allow to have a real budget. The reference prices stored in the database corresponding to equipment, labor and materials were taken from the MODUS VIVENDI magazine, Issue 58, February 2020, prepared by the Chamber of Construction of Ambato. The application has predetermined categories for two types of buildings: Reinforced concrete and Metallic structure, with their respective elements (equipment, material, Labor), quantities, yields and the technical specifications for their construction process. For the analysis, design and development of the system, a phased methodology was used; In the first instance, a review of the literature was carried out and the useful material for the analysis of unit prices was selectively obtained; Surveys were applied to the target population and data analysis was performed. The application was developed using a series of algorithms and mathematical calculations, which together with the database interact to generate: unit prices, budget, valued work schedule, typical crew and price readjustment, all this information can be exported to Excel for later printing; In addition, a user manual was developed for the installation and management of the software. Finally, functional tests were carried out on different computers that determined the correct operation of the application.
