    This research project was made in Patate city of Gerontology Center “Buen Vivir Patate ”witch it focused on the application of the Frenkel Method in Cerebellar Ataxia in each of the elderly adults for reducing falls and improve balance of its trunk, upper and lower extremities and help in daily life activities, which is guided by a special. There was not manipulation it was just observation. This research project aims to determinate How influences the Frenkel Method in Cerebellar Ataxia in elderly adults of Gerontology Center “Buen Vivir Patate. Frenkel Method was applied by the qualitative method and respecting their symptoms, complications in each of the elderly adults also for their needs and independence and better style of live. There applied before a pretest and a posttest after, that validates the improvement obtained by the Frenkel method which allowed to give evidence and applied the same benefit. It is recommended to continue applying Frenkel method for reducing the imbalance, through a long-term program with several sessions.
