    The present investigative project has as principal aim evaluate the system of internal control in the provision of X-Ray services and its impact on the economic results of the Company X-Ray Lions Club of Ambato city in the 2014. The methodology that was in use in this project was the explanatory field investigation, bibliographical and explicative, and the association of variables also the approach of this investigation was cuali-quantitative. To evaluate the system of Internal Control surveys were used like instruments as for the administrative area and counterfoils of fulfillment both for the internal environment of the company and for the economic results. Getting to the conclusion that the system of Internal Control and the economic results of the Company X-Ray Lions Club of Ambato city are closely related what causes that the management organization is deficient, preventing in this way the benefits maximization. The contribution of this investigation is that it is a way of research for the academic area and for the futures enterprising allowing them to have in this investigation a tool to confront one uncertainly future and for to take the timely and right decisions.
