    The case study is to design an operating Internal Control Model, focusing on processes of buying, selling and general information for personal purpose. After the analysis and the information collected it is determined that the company achieves profitability through the distribution and marketing of products, so it is critical that there are controls, policies and procedures to facilitate the activities the organization performs. Within the processes of marketing the company should have policies that facilitate sale and simultaneously optimize both human and economic resources, thus with the guidelines to implement the company it is to prevent loss and damage that harms directly to profitability. It is essential that the department heads are well trained to lead a group of workers, and have the ability to segregate properly functions to staff the same way must identify the needs they possess, and provide all resources needed to enable them to continue with the main activity of the company, because the workers are the ones who deal directly with customers.
