Mg.Fibromyalgia is a disorder that is associated with chronic skeletal muscle pain, characterized by widespread pain at specific points, accompanied by fatigue, stiffness, memory problems, mood swings, emotional stress, sleep disorders; in addition to migraine, irritable bowel, infections, difficult diagnosis and almost no intervention in physiotherapy despite the fact that the main symptomatology is musculoskeletal, so it has been proposed to analyze the risk factors that predispose to the appearance of fibromyalgia in the elderly , the descriptive study was carried out in a group of 20 older adults, to whom a registration form was applied to know their sociodemographic data, the intrinsic factors possibly associated with fibromyalgia, and the clinical picture of pain and fatigue In addition, two fibromyalgia diagnostic questionnaires were applied in 1990 and the WPI. The results showed that only 2 patients suffered from fibromyalgia and the rest suffered from pain and discomfort that was associated with rheumatologic pathologies typical of the age of daily activities.
