    The electronic invoicing supports the tax receipts digitally, this is considered as a solution that allows to integrate the internal processes of the companies, as well as the tax strengthening. The objective of this project is to analyze the operational expenses and their impact on the implementation of electronic invoicing in the companies designated as special taxpayers of the city of Ambato. The methodology used was descriptive, qualitative - quantitative since it is oriented towards the problem, describes its elements and investigates them in depth. The instrument used is the survey, by posing a questionnaire that allows field research serves to have a broad view regarding the advantages and disadvantages of electronic invoicing. Therefore, it is considered that the application of electronic invoicing allows optimizing business activities and encouraging their development.
